Chairman Federal Board of Income (FBR), Rashid Mahmood Langrial, on Friday introduced the formation of a committee to look at points raised by tax bar associations, significantly concerning the restoration of Tremendous Tax and gross sales tax return submitting underneath SRO 350(I)/2024.
Chairman FBR chaired a gathering at FBR Headquarters with representatives from the Pakistan Tax Bar Affiliation, Lahore Tax Bar Affiliation, Karachi Tax Bar Affiliation, and Rawalpindi–Islamabad Tax Bar Affiliation. Members of the Tax Bar Associations highlighted the challenges confronted by taxpayers, particularly regarding Tremendous Tax and gross sales tax return submitting underneath SRO 350(I)/2024, dated March 7, 2024.
Assuring the members of the FBR’s dedication, Chairman Langrial said that the board is devoted to offering most facilitation to taxpayers and addressing real issues as a precedence. He introduced the formation of a committee tasked with inspecting the problems raised by the Tax Bar and recommending sensible options for immediate decision.
